Marcel Porras is the Director of the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Transportation Shared Mobility Group. The Shared Mobility group oversees taxis, bike share, car share, ride share, and autonomous and connected vehicles. Previously Porras served as Mayor Garcetti’s Director of Transportation. LinkedIn
