About Tiffany Chu
Tiffany Chu is a data analyst at ITA. In a previous life, she was a tranpo-nerd, passionate about public transit, and working in transportation consulting. Now, she provides other City departments the data insights needed to change their operations.

About Ian Rose
Ian Rose received a Ph.D. in Geophysics from UC Berkeley, during which time he became involved in the open source scientific software community. Since then he has been doing data science and open source software engineering at the Berkeley Institute for Data Science, Quansight, and most recently the City of Los Angeles. He is a core developer of JupyterLab, and an active member of the dask, intake, and Python GIS communities.
