About Chris Pailma

Christopher “Chris” Pailma is an innovative leader with a wealth of experience managing transformational technical projects in the local Government sector. 

Chris has 20+ years of experience in the field of information technology with demonstrated proficiency in managing, directing, architecting, designing, and implementing highly complex information technology solutions working with Federal, State, and County agencies. Chris has worked on large enterprise computer information systems in Master Data Management, Higher Education, Court Systems, Document Recording, and Election Systems. Chris currently leads a team of application developers at the Internal Service Department (ISD) that is focused on leading Los Angeles County into modern cloud platforms and technologies.
