Over the last few years, LA Metro’s Customer Experience team has been working hard to collect feedback from Angelenos about cleanliness, security, and reliability. This month, we will hear from LA Metro’s Customer Experience Manager, Lauren Deadricks, on the data projects their team is working on.
About Lauren Deaderick
Lauren Deaderick is a Senior Manager on the Customer Experience Strategy and Insights Team at LA Metro. As part of the Customer Experience Department, Lauren and the team are responsible for listening to customers across various channels, learning from customers to establish priorities, and making improvements in those areas that matter most to customers. These activities are summarized in Metro’s Customer Experience Plan. Prior to joining Metro, Lauren worked in transportation planning at USDOT Volpe Center, strategy consulting at Deloitte, and transit operations at Big Blue Bus.
