About Graham Rossmore

Graham Rossmore is a Transportation Planning Associate with the Parking Meters Division of the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT). Graham’s work centers on LA Express Park TM, a demand-based parking program that serves key areas such as Downtown LA, Hollywood, Westwood, and Venice. A graduate of UCLA, Graham collaborated with parking expert Donald Shoup on research that helped make LA’s Al Fresco outdoor dining program permanent. His work advances urban mobility in Los Angeles, enhancing the city’s transportation experience. (edited)
