LA Mobility Wallet Pilot Outcomes
This month, Madeline Brozen will join us to discuss her results from evaluation efforts related to the LA Mobility Wallet Pilot Program. She will share her qualitative and quantitative approaches, travel surveys versus travel apps, and how people can think about program outcomes in evaluation efforts.
About Madeline Brozen
Madeline Brozen is the Deputy Director for the UCLA Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies, where she oversees strategic efforts to disseminate the center's work on housing affordability and transportation equity. As a transportation researcher, Madeline focuses on evaluating pilot programs that seek to improve access and mobility for low-income travelers. She has worked with local agencies including LA Metro, LADOT, and the Housing Authority of the City of LA. She holds a bachelor's degree in urban studies from the University of New Orleans and a master's degree in urban planning from UCLA. Prior to her work at UCLA, Madeline was a GIS and remote sensing specialist.
